Healthcare was Issue #4 in our 2008 Utah Priorities Poll On a 1-5 scale, with 1 being “not at all concerned” and 5 being “very concerned, 68% of those polled gave this issue a 4 or 5. The average score for healthcare was 3.89. When follow-up questions were asked, respondents were most concerned about the cost of healthcare, which had an average score of 4.49, followed by the quality of health insurance benefits, which received a score of 4.11.
